- 成團後本公司將向申請人發電郵以確認留位，而相關團費亦一律不獲退還。
- 申請人在行程中需代訂的項目(如住宿、交通安排和景點等)將會於收妥全數款項後由本公司安排，相關訂金和機票恕不退還。
臨時取消及報名細則:
- 如申請人在截止報名前或當日已繳付團費，但在任何情況下不能繼續參團，相關費用亦一律不獲退還。
- 若本團不能成團，本公司會個別通知申請人作團費退款手續安排。
團費不包括：
- 旅遊證件、各國入境簽證及辦證費用。
旅遊證件及簽證須知:
- 申請人確保所持之旅遊證件必須有最少6個月有效期(以回港日期計算, 個別國家除外)。
- 申請人必須自行了解清楚所持之旅遊證件。因入境簽證及個人因素等問題引致申請人被拒入境，本公司概不負責。所繳之費用, 亦不獲退還。

We're taking you into Jingdezhen, China's famous ceramic capital for our summer educational trip this year! You will have the opportunity to visit historic sites such as Jingdezhen's ancient kilns and imperial porcelain factory, and explore the history and traditional techniques of ceramic production. In addition, based on your own ceramic experience, you can choose between beginner or advanced experiential courses, and work with local ceramic instructors to sculpt, throw and paint, experiencing the charm and infinite fun of ceramics. Through this course, you will not only experience ceramic production, but also learn about the history and culture of Jingdezhen's ceramic production, and exchange and learn from local ceramic artists.

Terms & Conditions
- A confirmation email will be sent out to applicants once the number of
applicants has reached the minimum quantity, and trip is guaranteed. - Any particulars that needs booking and reservation (accommodation and site visits) will be done by Tung Yao once the total amount of application is received. Related payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation:
1. If applicant has to drop out under any personal circumstances, related fee will not be refunded.
2. If the number of applicants do not reach the minimum quantity, and the trip does not take place, Tung Yao will contact you to arrange a refund.
Fee does not include:

Travel Documents & Visa:
1. Travellers require a travel document valid six (6) months beyond your
intended return travel date.
2. If a reservation has to be cancelled due to traveller’s inability to obtain a visa or other travel document required, related fee will not be refunded.
3. Tung Yao shall not be responsible, under any circumstanced, for any loss, damage, or refused entry by the immigration authorities, for any reason
Exceptional Case & Liability:
1. Tung Yao reserves the right to reroute (e.g. length of the trip) the trip up until the last minute due to weather, safety, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Relevant fees will not be refunded.
2. Tung Yao reserves the right cancel the trip up until the last minute due to
weather, safety, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Tung Yao will contact applicant for further arrangement on cancellation, postponement, or refund.
3. Tung Yao has no liabilities on any damage, loss of personal properties, injury, or delay affecting person or property due to any uncontrollable circumstances. Tung Yao also has no control over any third-party service providers and shall not be liable in any way.
4. If applicant decides to drop out, or absent on any activities, relevant fees are non-refundable.
5. It is the applicant’s obligation to ensure that they are medically fit to join any activities during the trip. Tung Yao is not liable on any disruptions or cancellations of activities during the trip due to uncontrollable circumstances, e.g. weather, emergency constructions, or amendments from third party. Relevant fees will not be refunded.
